Conditions• Rates are for bed only.• The house is cleaned once prior to your arrival. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. For long stays extra cleaning can be arranged.• In summer optional A/C is charged at EURO 5 per unit, per day (preferably booked in advance).• Heating/or central heating is free of charge.• Breakfast first day supplies can be arranged at a small cost according to person.• Lunch or dinner can also be arranged in a nearby tavern (please note in advance if you are vegetarian).• Taxi can be arranged for transport from and to the airport.A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. Otherwise the remaining balance is payable upon arrival.   • Minimum stay 2 days. Bookings made for one night may have an additional charge.• The company reserves the right to decrease or increase the published prices of any unsold property at any time. However the price of your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking.• The accommodation can only be occupied by those persons named at the time of booking or subsequently advised either in writing or by e-mail. If additional people are found to be in occupation, the supplier may terminate the contract immediately and require all occupants to leave or the extra persons will be charged accordingly. No refund shall be due in these circumstances.• Cancellation policy: No fee will be applied for cancellation received 25 days before arrival. 50% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation received 24-7 days prior to arrival date. 100% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation received 6-0 days prior to arrival date.• Please feel free to email regarding long stays / or last minute bookings.
